NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Bethel University men's cross country team posted a fifth-place finish at the MIAC Championship, totaling 155 team points. It was the Royals' best finish since 2018 when they placed fourth.
Senior
Grant Graber led the pack with an All-Conference performance crossing the finish line in a collegiate-best 25:39.8 for 15th place.
Freshman
Hootie Hage notched All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in his first MIAC Championship race placing 22nd in a season-best time of 25:56.6.
Sophomore
Victor Lelinga placed 39th in a career-best time of 26:35.8 while sophomore
Eli Berg placed 55th in a career-best time of 27:00.2. Senior
Jonah Kalsnes rounded out BU's top five placing 62nd in a time of 27:14.8.
Bethel is back on the course on Saturday, Nov. 16 for the NCAA North Region Championships which will be run at Carleton College. Race time is 12 p.m.
