NCAA Division III Manual
NCAA Division III has a manual containing its own set of rules (bylaws). This manual is published and updated prior to each school year. However, many legislative changes take place during the school year rendering the printed Manual obsolete. Any changes to the Manual are approved by the Division III Presidents and Management Councils. The on-line version of the Manual is the most up to date version of Division III bylaws. - Link
