Championship History

The Bethel University Royals, then known as Bethel College, joined NCAA Division III and the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 1977. In 1982 the MIAC officially instituted women's compeitition. Bethel had previously been affiliated with the NAIA. 

The Royals have made 38 NCAA Tournament appearances as a team and have captured 36 regular-season MIAC Championships.
