STILLWATER, Minn. – In its final competition before the MIAC Championship, the No. 20th-ranked Bethel University women's golf team finished in a tie for second carding a 625 (+49). Bethel shot a 313 in the opening round before carding a 212 on the final day.
The hosts and No. 18th-ranked St. Catherine finished first with a 606 (+30) while No. 19 Carleton tied with the Royals for second.
BU's "B" squad placed 10th in the 14-team field carding a 661 for the weekend.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• BU led the field in par five scoring with a +11. They tallied 13 birdies on the weekend and tapped in 94 pars.

Greta McArthur notches her third top three finish of the year with a 148 (+4). A 75 on day one had her sixth on the individual leaderboard before climbing three spots with a 73 on Sunday. That came large in part to going one-under on the front nine with a pair of birdies under her belt. She was second in par four scoring where she went +1 for the weekend.

Laura Beltman started the weekend out strong matching a career-low 76 round. A 77 on day two brought her two-day total to 153. The seventh-place finish is the best of her career.

Amy Jacobson played in her final tournament as a Royal capping it out with a career-low 79.
