MIAC PLAYOFF HISTORY
The Royals are making their fourth overall appearance in the MIAC Playoffs (2014, 16, 18, 19) and are 0-3 all-time. It marks the second time BU earned the No. 6 seed in the field after holding the same spot in 2014. Last season, and as in 2016, the Royals were the No. 2 seed. Bethel bowed out of last season's playoffs with a 4-2 loss in the semifinals to No. 3-seeded Augsburg.
DIVING INTO THE RECORD BOOKS
Rachel Waterman's penalty kick goal Saturday at St. Kate's was the Royals 56th goal of the season matching a program record from 2009. As of now, BU has only allowed 10 goals this season which is on pace to be the program record after the Royals only gave up 15 in 2009 through an 18-game span.
The Royals have already captured the shutout record for a single-season. Their 12 shutouts this year, in 13 wins, shattered the nine they had in 2009. In MIAC play the Royals matched a program record five shutouts against conference opponents. The 10 goals allowed during conference play also matches a program record.
THE PETERSON FILE
Senior goalkeeper
Kaylee Peterson definitely saved her best for last. The Hugo, Minn. native is currently fourth in the nation and leads all MIAC keepers with 11 shutouts this year. Tack on her 74 saves from this season to the 112 over the previous years and she has a career total of 186 which ranks her seventh all-time and is five shy of moving into sixth.
THERE'S A FIRST FOR EVERYTHING
For the first time in program history three different players have reached double digits in the goal scoring column. Sophomore
