NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Bethel Royals finished 6th out of 16 teams tallying 174 team points at the St. Olaf Invite. Bethel was just 4 points behind conference foe St. Benedict's. 

Lucy Upton and Anna Cargill led the way for the Royals. Upton and Cargill came across the finish line in the exact same time of 23:37.9, as they nabbed 21st and 22nd place. Anna Hay moved up considerably in the pack during the second half of the race and finished in 41st with her time of 24:42.7. Ava Nibbelink was on her heels, placing 43rd in 24:43.6. Brylee Cavanaugh rounded out Bethel's scoring with her 47th place finish in 24:51.5. 

The Royals will compete next at the Blugold Open on Friday, October 3rd. UW-Eau Claire will host at Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax, Wisconsin, which will serve as the same location for the North Region Championship later this fall.
