RESULTS
SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Bethel University women registered a seventh-place score of 167 at the 2025 MIAC Cross Country Championship at the Highland 9 Golf Course in Saint Paul on Saturday. Carleton claimed the MIAC Women's Cross Country Team Championship with 30 points, while Claire Vukovics (Carleton) won the individual crown with a 21:21.4.
Freshman Lucy Upton earned a spot on the 2025 MIAC Women's Cross Country All-Conference Team with a 13th-place time of 22:41.1.
Upton is among 11 Royal career bests on the day. She was followed by senior Anna Cargill, who earned honorable mention with a 22:54.0, good enough for 16th place. This is Cargill's third-straight trip to the MIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention squad. Next was Ava Nibbelink, who crossed the finish line at 23:36.2 en route to 38th place.
Brylee Cavanaugh (24:05.6), Emerson Mullen (24:38.7), Anna Hay (24:56.8), Kiara Gentz (25:09.6), Abby Williamson (25:44.6), Elliana Leach (26:32.5), Estle Nelson (26:41.1), Marianna Zanton (27:06.0), Samantha Thomson (27:17.2), and Sophia Vantries (37:28.4) all competed for the Royals.
Bethel will return to action at the NCAA Division III North Regional at the Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax, Wisconsin on Saturday, November 15.Â
