SARTELL, Minn. – The Bethel University women's golf team opened up its 2024-25 season with a second-place finish at the 13-team CSB Invitational. The Royals carded a 629 (320-309) finishing behind St. Catherine who carded a 615. BU's B-squad finished eight with a 698.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Greta McArthur notched a second-place finish individually carded a four-over-par 148. In round two she used three birdies to shoot an even 72. 
• Laura Beltman climbed four spots in the final round notching a ninth-place finish with a 156. After shooting an 81 on the first day she shaved off six strokes Sunday recording a three-over-par 75.
• Sophie Brantner rounded out BU's top three scores placing 14th with a 159.
