ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The Bethel University women's soccer team will be hosting Night of Nets on Saturday, Sept. 28 when it hosts Hamline out at Ona Orth Athletic Complex. Night of Nets is a global campaign started at Cornerstone University and aims to help end malaria. Since it began eight years ago, Night of Nets has raised over $200,000 to purchase over 35,00 bed nets for families in sub-Saharan Africa.
Every $6 donation or $10 shirt purchase at sporting events provides a bed net that saves lives and creates new opportunities for a child's future! The Royals and for Bethel soccer player/alumni Chip Huber will be selling $10 t-shirts on campus Sept. 27-28.
