COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. - The Bethel Royals came away with both a team and individual victory as they raced at the Fall Finale hosted by Saint John's. Bethel scored a total of 33 team points and Anna Hage won the race. 

Hage, who was the top Royal at the MIAC Championships last week, raced again this weekend in order to sharpen up for the Region Meet next weekend. Hage got out with aggression and confidence on her way to a victory in 19:53. Lauren Alpers also placed well, taking fifth overall with her time of 20:42. Grace Cole bounced back this week for a solid sixth place finish in 20:52. Malachi Holloway was just eight seconds behind Cole in 21:00 for eighth place. Freshman Sarah Krumholz sealed the team victory for the Royals when she crossed the finish line in 21:34 for thirteenth place.

Bethel will race their top seven athletes at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships next weekend. Wartburg College will serve as the host on Saturday, November 16th as the Royals compete for a spot at the NCAA National Championships.
