ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The Bethel University men's soccer team was defeated by the UW-Superior Yellow Jackets by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday afternoon. UW-Superior broke the stalemate about 15 minutes into the second half and they would carry the lead until the final buzzer.

Chris Scott stood out, staying extremely active on crosses and saving eight Yellow Jacket shots. UW-Superior's offense was potent all afternoon long, totaling 22 scoring chances compared to just nine for Bethel.
With the loss, Bethel falls to .500 again with a 4-4 record. They will look to get into the winning column again on Saturday, as Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) play resumes with Bethel hosting the Carleton Knights at 1:00p.m.
