ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The Bethel University men's soccer team dropped their third straight game on Tuesday, falling to Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) foe St. Thomas by a final score of 7-1.
Bethel's bright moment came early on, as sophomore
Luke Chase corralled a rebound and sent it to the back of the net to put the Royals up 1-0. However, St. Thomas' equalizer came just minutes later and they never looked back. Miles Stockman-Willis of the Tommies had three goals in the rout.
With the loss, Bethel falls to 3-6 on the year and 1-3 in MIAC play. They play again on Saturday against Macalester at Ona Orth Athletic Complex. The match is set to kickoff at 4 p.m.
