ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - The Bethel University women's and men's soccer teams will play host to St. Mary's University Saturday afternoon in a pair of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference games. The Royals women will kickoff first at 1 p.m. followed by the men at approximately 3 p.m. at the Ona Orth Athletic Complex on the Bethel University campus.
The Bethel women, 2-4-2 overall, will be looking to capture their first MIAC victory after dropping a tough 1-0 game to Augsburg and recording a 1-1 tie against Hamline in their first two MIAC games. The Royals lost to UW-River Falls 3-1 and tied UW-Stout 2-2 this past week in non-conference action. Sophomore Jessica Huseby (Medina, Minn.) recorded five points for the Royals in the two non-conference games.

For the Bethel men's soccer team they host St. Mary's in search of their second MIAC victory. Last Saturday the Royals knocked off Hamline University 2-1 at home for their first win of the season. The Royals momentum was stopped by the University of Dubuque Tuesday night in a 7-1 loss but the Royals remain confident heading into the rest of MIAC play.
