Taylor Ferda earned All-American status in the 55-meter hurdles for the second time in collegiate career last weekend. Ferda broke a 10-year old school record in the preliminary race at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship meet by .04 seconds with a time of 7.56 seconds, then proceeded to break his own school record by another .03 seconds the next day in the finals with a time of 7.53 seconds. Ferda finished fourth nationally, which is an improvement on his 7th place finish from 2008 when he went to the national meet for the first time.
