MIAC COVID-19 RESOURCES

COVID-19 TESTING FOR STUDENT-ATHLETES

The following steps will be taken to test student-athletes of COVID-19.

1) Student-athletes (in-season or out-of-season) who are symptomatic for COVID or who are named as "close contacts" during the contact tracing process must be tested for COVID-19. Contact your Certified Athletic Trainer immediately or complete walk-in testing at Health Services between 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday.

2) COVID Testing for in-season athletes will be conducted per NCAA and MDH guidance, and under agreements reached through the MIAC Governance Structure. The most recent guidance, as of 4/13/22, eliminates a requirement for surveillance testing of athletes.
