ARDEN HILLS, MINN.—Bethel University middle blocker Grace Bathurst was named September 21 MIAC Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week. This is Bathurst's second career MIAC Player of the Week selection. She also earned the distinction on October 27, 2025.

Bathurst accumulated a .377 hitting percentage, 3.18 kills per set (54 kills), and 13 total blocks for the Royals in their 4-1 week that consisted of a 4-0 mark at the Bethel Invitational on September 18 and 19. The Moorhead, Minnesota native finished with 17 kills, a .452 hitting percentage, and five total blocks in Bethel's 3-2 victory over Carleton on September 18. She followed that with 14 kills, a .407 hitting mark, and two total blocks in a 3-0 victory over UW-Stevens Point on that same day.

Bathurst's performance landed her on the Bethel Invitational All-Tournament Team.

Through 11 matches and 37 sets played in 2026, Bathurst owns 104 kills (2.81 per set), a .299 hitting percentage, and 29 total blocks.

Bathurst and the Royals will compete at the Hope Tournament in Holland, Michigan on September 25-26. They will open the tournament on September 25 against Hope at 3 p.m. (ET), and Bluffton on 5 p.m. (ET).
