ARDEN HILLS, MINN.—Sander Ohe and Tyler Hoppe make up the freshmen duo named September 15 MIAC Men's Golf Athletes of the Week. The last Bethel freshman to earn MIAC Men's Golf Athlete of the Week was Mason Swenson on September 8, 2008.

Ohe and Hoppe finished tied for ninth place with a +4 (147) at the UW-Eau Claire Wrigglesworth Blugold Invitational on September 13 and 14. Ohe's scorecard consisted of a +1 (72) in round one, and a +3 (75) in round two; while Hoppe notched a +3 (74) and a +1 (73).

The dynamic duo and the rest of the Royals men's golf team will host the Minnesota Golf Classic at the Pioneer Creek Golf Course in Maple Plain, Minnesota on Sunday, September 20 - Monday, September 21.
