HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, FLA.—Freshman Zeke Roberts represented the Bethel University Royals as an individual in rounds three and four of the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship at the Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey-In-The-Hills, Florida on Thursday and Friday.
Claremont-Mudd-Scripps won the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship with a 1135 (-13), but had to defeat runner-up Illinois Wesleyan in a playoff. Sebi Aliaga (Claremont-Mudd-Scripps) won the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Individual Championship by just one stroke with a 277 (-10).
Roberts made the cut through a delay-ridden first and second rounds with scores of 73 and 70, which put him in a tie for 18th place heading into the final two rounds. The Lake Elmo, Minnesota native finished the tournament with a 77 in Thursday's third round, followed by a 78 in Friday's fourth round. His four-day total of 298 (+11) put him in a tie for 61st place out of 96 golfers who made the cut.
Roberts and the Royals have completed a 2025-26 season that consisted of their third MIAC Championship in program history, and their third-straight NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship appearance (team or individual).
Bethel will turn their attention to the 2026-27 season, when they will open at the UW-Eau Claire Frank Wrigglesworth Invitational on September 13-14.
