Senior forward Elly Schmitz was named a Fifth Team All-American by D3hoops.com. In addition, she was named to D3hoops.com Second Team All-Region.
 
Schmitz is BU's second-ever D3hoops.com All-American selection joining Taite Anderson's second-team selection in 2020. She is the ninth all-time selection for All-Region and first since 2020.
 
Playing in all 28 games, she averaged 14.3 points a game and 7.4 rebounds. For the season, she shot 48.7% from the field, 38.2% from 3-point range and 81.4% from the charity stripe.
 
She added a team-leading 55 blocked shots and 55 steals while dishing out 45 assists.
