Box Score 3 Another action-packed day for the Royals as Spring Break winds down. Softball snapped a five-game losing skid with a 4-3 win over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Baseball won its fifth straight with an 8-3 win over Stockton and men's tennis dropped its only match of the trip falling to Coe, 6-1.

SOFTBALL: Bethel 4, Claremont-M-S 3
Camryn Thurow slid just ahead of a throw to the plate in the top of the seventh as the game's winning run.
Abby Otterness roped a single to right that was then misplayed by the right fielder with a throwing error eventually allowing Thurow to score.

BU went down 2-0 after two before Bethel took the lead, 3-2, in the fourth. The Athenas tied it up in the bottom of the frame at three.

Julia Helget tallied two of Bethel's four hits.
Dominique Walicke got the win in the circle with the complete game effort where she struck out five.

BASEBALL: Bethel 8, Stockton 3
Putting up a combined five runs in the first two frames, BU picked up its fifth straight win.

Isaac Call went 2-for-4 on the day with two runs and three RBIs.
Carson Christiansen was 3-for-5 driving in two runs.

Roman Lachenmayer got his first collegiate win going five innings giving up four hits, two runs while striking out and three and walking none.

MEN'S TENNIS: Coe 6, Bethel 1
A five-match winning streak came to an end as the Royals fell to the Kohawks.

Carter Sheard picked up BU's only point batting in a third-set tie breaker. Sheard won his opening set 7-6 (3) before falling 6-3 in set two. In the third-set he battled taking the tiebreaker 15-13 for his third straight win and improving to 11-2 on the year.

BU tennis closed out its spring break trip winning five of six matches to improve to 9-4 on the year.
