Albert Rundell
This is Rundell's first career trip to the D3football.com All-Region squad. Rundell had 122 receptions for 1587 yards and 22 touchdowns in 2025.Â
His school-record 1587 receiving yards leads all of college football. The Watertown, Minnesota native ranks second in NCAA Division III with a school-record 22 receiving touchdowns, and sits third nationally with 9.38 receptions per game. Rundell has a MIAC-leading 124.08 all-purpose yards per game, 22 total touchdowns, and 10.2 points scored per game.
His MIAC-record 21 receptions and five touchdown grabs highlighted the Royals in their 49-7 victory over Carleton on November 8. The 21 catches surpassed the previous school record of 16 accomplished two other times. It was also the most from a MIAC player since October 13, 2018. The five touchdown grabs beat out the school record of four accomplished multiple times, and tied the MIAC record that occurred on two other occasions. Rundell finished that game with 214 yards receiving.Â
He finished with a school-record 246 yards receiving on 11 catches that included two touchdowns in a 64-10 victory over St. Olaf.

Phil Conant
This is Conant's first career trip to the D3football.com All-Region squad.
Conant ranks ninth in NCAA Division III with 1.83 TFL's per game, and second in the MIAC with 0.83 sacks per game over 12 games played. The Saint Francis, Minnesota native has accumulated 54 tackles that consisted of 22 TFL's, 10 sacks, and 35 solo stops as well as four quarterback hurries.
Conant had a season-best 11 tackles that included seven TFL's and four sacks in a 62-12 victory over Hamline on September 27.

Cooper Drews
This marks Drews' second trip to the D3football.com All-Region squad after being named to the third team in 2024.
The Princeton, Minnesota native's 318 points responsible for in 2025 leads NCAA Division IIII, while his 43 touchdown passes ranks second. Drews is among the top 25 quarterbacks in the country with a 164.2 passing efficiency, 3,310 passing yards, a 66.8% (280-of-419) completion percentage, 21.54 completions per game, and 282.5 yards of total offense per game.Â
Drews' six touchdown passes in a 49-7 victory over Carleton on November 8 tied his own school record achieved on two other occasions. He finished that game with a career-best 38 completions on 48 attempts for 405 yards.

Devin Williams
This is Williams' fourth D3football.com All-Region nod after being named to the third team in 2024, first team in 2023, and third team in 2022.
Williams finished second on the team with 86 tackles that included 48 solo stops. He also had three interceptions, and three pass breakups in 2025. The Fridley, Minnesota native recorded a season-best 11 tackles that included eight solo stops as well as one interception in a 17-10 victory over Saint John's on October 4. He also had 11 tackles in a 35-24 win over UW-Platteville in the 2025 NCAA Division III Third Round on December 6.
On special teams, Williams ranks seventh in NCAA Division III with 14.3 yards per punt return. He finished the 2025 regular season with 343 yards over 24 returns. Williams returned a punt for a 75-yard touchdown in a 62-0 victory over St. Scholastica on November 15.

Jaegar Ash
This is Ash's first career trip to the D3football.com All-Region Team.
Ash started 12 games on an offensive line that's paved a way for a unit that ranks among the top 20 in the country in rushing offense (226.2), scoring offense (47.4), total offense (495.1), third down offense (.536), and first down offense (370).

Nick Colyer
This is Colyer's first career trip to the D3football.com All-Region Team.
Colyer finished the season with a team-leading four interceptions, and seven pass breakups. Two of those interceptions occurred in a 62-12 victory over Hamline on September 27. The Wilsonville, Oregon native played the game of his life in a 53-0 shutout of Macalester on October 25 with five tackles, one interception, and one forced fumble. Colyer had a season-high six tackles in a 35-21 loss to North Central (Ill.) in the 2025 NCAA Division III Quarterfinal on December 13.
Over 13 games, Colyer accumulated 38 tackles, 20 of which were solo.

Taye Manns
Manns led the MIAC with 14 rushing touchdowns, and 5.88 yards per carry over 169 attempts. The Duluth, Minnesota native led the Royals' ground game with 994 rushing yards over 13 games played.
The freshman eclipsed the 100 yard threshold in four games. This included a season-high 163 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries in a 62-12 victory over Hamline on September 27. Manns followed that with a 127 yard and one touchdown performance in a 17-10 win over Saint John's on October 4.Â
He concluded the 2025 regular season with a whopping 15.8 yards per carry that consisted of 126 yards and two touchdowns on just eight carries in a 62-0 victory over St. Scholastica on November 15.

David Geebli
This is Geebli's first career D3football.com All-Region nod.
Geebli finished second on the team with 901 yards rushing along with seven touchdowns on 158 carries. Three of those touchdowns occurred in a 62-12 victory at Hamline on September 27, where he finished with 74 yards on 17 carries.Â
The Coon Rapids, Minnesota native rushed for a season-high 167 yards and one touchdown on 21 carries in a 35-24 victory over UW-Platteville in the 2025 NCAA Division III Third Round on December 6.
His other 100+ yard performance occurred in a 41-7 road victory at Gustavus on September 20, where he had 107 yards on 13 carries.
