Royals With 3 in Scoring Position After Day 1 of MIAC Heptathlon

NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Royals have 3 athletes in scoring position led by AnnaGrace Nelson, who is in  2nd place with 2,605 points after day 1 of the MIAC Heptathlon. Ellie Hernes is in 5th place in her first career heptathlon with 2,387 points, and Hailey Scholten is in 8th place with  2,199 points. Here is how day 1 breaks down:
