LA CROSSE, WIS.—Day two of the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship was upon the Bethel University Royals in La Crosse, Wisconsin on Friday.
The 400 meter dash prelims resulted in a second-place time of 54.70 for Shalom Sulungaine, and an 18th-place finish for Madi Pelowski (56.48). Sulungaine's mark was 0.01 off from a school-record she broke in 2024, and locked her a place in the 400 meter dash finals scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, May 23 at 1:10 p.m.
All-America Second Team status was the case for Nora Larsen, who registered a 12th-place toss of 13.27m in the shot put.Â
The Royals will look to rack more team points on day three of the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship tomorrow, Saturday, May 23.
