ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - The Bethel women's soccer team hosted the College of St. Scholastica Saints in their second MIAC matchup of the season. The Royals took down the Saints 5-1 game and now move to 3-1-1 (1-1) on the season.

The Royals struck hard from the beginning, with Hannah Kvant scoring in the 20th minute off a pass from Malia Beilby and again just three minutes later, putting the Royals up, 2-0.

Beilby kicked off the second half strong, netting her own goal on a cross from Kvant in the 48th minute.

The Saints finally got on the scoreboard in the 52nd minute, making it 3-1, Bethel.

The Royals increased their lead to 5-1 with goals from Kelsey Bergan and Callie Beck off of assists from Kvant and Beilby, respectively.
What's Next
The Royals will travel to Menomonie, Wisconsin next Thursday, September 21, for a matchup underneath the lights at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Game time is set for 7 PM.
