NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Bethel women's soccer team fell to the St. Olaf College Oles, 2-1, in their first Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) matchup of the season. The Royals move to 2-1-1 on the season.

The Royals struck first with freshman Hannah Kvant scoring in the 44th minute. Bethel held onto that one-goal lead heading into halftime.

The Oles scored the equalizer 8 minutes in to the second half, in the 53th minute.
