ST. PETER, Minn. - The Bethel women's soccer team found its self on the other side of another one goal match, falling to Gustavus Adolphus, 1-0. The team moves to 1-8 in the conference and 3-9-2 on the season.
How It Happened:
• The first half was evenly-matched, neither team asserting dominance over possession.
• It was quiet until the Gusties managed to score on a breakaway and thru ball in the 40th minute.
• The second half was just as tense as the Royals sought the equalizing goal. Each team posted seven shots, yet neither was able to earn another goal, leaving the score just as it had been at the half.

Izzy Smith collected seven saves.

The Royals return to Ona Orth Athletic Complex hosting a rescheduled match against Hamline University in their second-to-last game of the season. The game is set for Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 3:30 p.m.
