ARDEN HILLS, Minn — The Bethel University men's soccer team was unable to keep up with the Carleton Knights, losing 2-0 on Saturday afternoon. The Knights scored both goals early in the first half; in the 14th and 23rd minutes. BU drops to 5-7 (1-4) on the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Owen Flanagan netted both goals for Carleton 14th and 23rd minute respectively.
- The Knights out shot the Royals on net in the first half 4-2.
- BU looked for scoring opportunities in the second half with 5 shots on goal, but could not find the back of the net.
- Bethel led the match in shots on goal, 7- 6.
- Carleton led the game with more earned corner kicks, 5-0.
