ROYALS IN THE MIAC PLAYOFFS
Tuesday will be just the second time the Royals have appeared in the MIAC Playoff field since its inception in 2003. In their previous appearance, the Royals were a four seed, in a four-team playoff format, where they traveled a top-seed Gustavus.

BU fell in the semifinal match 1-0 to the eventual MIAC champion Gusties.

AGAINST THE OPPOSITION
The Royals trail in the all-time series 12-32-3 and are looking to snap a 10-match losing skid to the Knights. Earlier this year the two squads met up in Arden Hills where the Knights took it 2-0 thanks to a pair of goals in the first 23 minutes of the match.
