MENOMONIE, WIS - Royals volleyball traveled to the University of Wisconsin-Stout to play their final non-conference game of the season. Despite a career high in kills from Outside Hitter Grace Solberg, Bethel fell to the Blue Devils in five sets with scores of 25-9, 25-18, 18-25, 20-25, 15-11. BU's record now stands at 14-9 (6-3).

How it Happened
- Bethel's offense had an unusually slow start to the match with only 8 team kills in the first set
- UWS easily took set one with six unanswered points to close the set
- Set two started much better for BU as they gained the lead for the first time of the eventing after a run put them up 5-3
- Back to back 3-0 runs from Stout allowed them to take the second set
- The third set opened immediately with a 6-0 run from Stout
- A 7-1 run from Bethel tied the score back at 9 apiece
- BU managed to break the close set and close it with a 6-0 run of their own
- There were hardly any major runs in the fourth set
- Bethel got the lead early and never let it go, ending the fourth set with a 3-0 run to force the fifth set
- In the fifth set both BU and UWS traded runs to tie the score at 11
- With the match on the line Stout ended the set with 4-0 run
