DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Bethel University women's soccer team fell to No. 20th-ranked Loras Monday afternoon on the road, 5-0.
Bethel was limited to one shot, which was on frame, taken by
Katie Oneill in the 68th minute.
Loras put themselves on the board as Bethel was unable to clear a ball up field. A cross from the left side just outside the box placed about six yards out was headed in by the Duhawks. Loras made it 2-0 in the 35th minute before scoring its third in the half on a free kick from about 40 yards out.
Another set piece goal off a corner kick in the 54th minute followed with another in the 72nd for the Duhawks.
The Royals look at snapping the two-match losing skid Saturday hosting Hamline at 3:30 p.m.
