TEMPE, Ariz. – The accomplishment of back-to-back All-American accolades came back in the fall at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Midwest Regional for Grace Riermann and Maggie Riermann, but on Wednesday it became official as announced by the ITA.

The Stillwater, Minn. natives defended their Midwest Region Title back in September edging on Carleton's Maddy Prins and Faith Yim in comeback fashion. Gutting out the win in a super tiebreaker, they duo traveled to Rome, Ga. for the ITA Cup.

Grace was also named ITA Singles All-American for the first time, also the first in program history, having won the Midwest Region Singles draw as the No. 2 seed out of 96 competitors.

The doubles duo was ranked 15th nationally and third in the Central Region of the final ITA Rankings. In singles, Grace ranked 26th nationally and sixth in the Central Region.

Selection criteria for ITA All-Americans are as follows:
- Finish in the Top 20 in the final Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Singles Rankings
- Finish in the Top 10 in the final Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Doubles Rankings
- Win ITA Fall Regional Tournament
- Win a first-round match at the ITA National Small College Championships (ITA Cup)
