Week 5 Preview: Bethel Football Travels to No. 9 Saint John's

ARDEN HILLS, Minn. — Bethel University travels to Collegeville, Minn., on Saturday, September 30 for a conference clash with Saint John's University. The game between the Royals and No. 9-ranked Johnnies will be the 39th meeting between these two opponents, as SJU currently holds a 29-9 advantage over BU.

Saint John's handed Bethel a 42-27 setback in Arden Hills one year ago. The Royals scored a touchdown on their opening drive, but the Johnnies managed to score 35 straight en route to the 15-point triumph. Ironically, BU tallied more yards (444-423) in last year's matchup, but five turnovers proved to be detrimental for Bethel.
