ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – Junior
Kevin Hintz has been honored by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) as one of 11 members on the 2016 Capital One Academic All-District Division III District Six Men's Soccer Team.
The recipients of this honor were recognized as the nation's top student-athletes for their impressive performance athletically as well as academically. Hintz's, a 2015 MIAC Academic All-Conference honoree, has accumulated a 3.92 GPA as a business major at Bethel.
As a starting midfielder for the Bethel's men's soccer team, Hintz has played a key part in Royals' success. Hintz has played and started all 17 games with a total of threee goals. The Oconomowoc, Wis., native leads BU and ranks No. 2 across the conference in assists with a total of five. Hintz and the Royals challenge Macalester College for their last game on Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
