ARDEN HILLS, Minn.—Bethel's softball team will challenge No. 7-ranked Luther College today in its final double header before the spring break surge. The Royals, who split a pair of games over a week ago against Buena Vista, are hoping to take down the Norse today. One year ago Bethel had the lead against a ranked Luther squad in both games, but fell in the end 10-7 and 9-8.
 
Following today's two-pack, Bethel will take on 12 different opponents over the course of eight days at the National Training Center in Clermont, Fla. Included in the dozen teams are No. 1-ranked Tufts University, who was crowned 2013 NCAA Champion.
 
The Royals will see three players added to its lineup today, as a trio of players—Cristina Masten, Caroline Kivisto, and Kelsey Johnston—competed with the women's hockey team this year and have now exchanged their skates for cleats and look to make an impact on the diamond.
