With the win, Bethel (8-8, 4-5 MIAC) can clinch their first ever MIAC playoff berth with a victory over Concordia College (0-13, 0-7 MIAC) Saturday afternoon.

“We really came out ready to play and took care of business in a hurry,” said head coach Drew Fernelius. “The girls are really motivated needing one more win to make the playoffs. It was a good night for Bethel women's tennis and hopefully we'll have another good day tomorrow and keep rolling.”
