BOX SCORE

ST. PAUL, Minn.
- Traveling down Snelling Avenue Wednesday evening, the Bethel Royals Men's Basketball team had high hopes of handing the Hamline Piper a loss on their home court. Despite such wishes, the Royals hopes were dashed as they fell 99-65.

Daniel Baah (Jr., Lakeville, Minn.) chipped in for the Royals in scoring in the first half with 8 points, while #J.D. Robinson# (So., Plymouth, Minn.) had 9 points of his own to keep Bethel within striking distance of the lead if they put together a great second half of play.

Unfortunately for the Royals, the Piper attack was too strong as they would cruise onto victory by a significant margin of 99-65. Baah would finish the game with 13 points and Robinson with 12. Next up for Bethel will be Augsburg College, whom they host at the Robertson Center following the women's match-up against the Auggies. The Royals still look to get the monkey off their back and collect their first MIAC victory on the season.
