NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Bethel men's soccer team traveled down to Carleton College to take on the Knights. The 8-3-1 Knights who top the MIAC rankings took down the Royals 4-0.

With the loss the Royals record drops to 2-8-2 overall and 1-3-2 in the MIAC. Leading the way for the Royals today was Andreas Scott (Sr., Cedar, Minn.) who had 4 shots on goal. Other players for the Royals with shots on goal were Zach Hurd (Sr., Portage, Minn.) and Cody Walkup (Fr., Des Moines, IA) who each had a shot on goal. Junior goal keeper Leif Sundberg (Mahtomedi, Minn.) had 6 saves on the day.

The Royals next action will come on Wednesday when the play at Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Augsburg has an overall record of 8-4-1 and is 2-2-1 in the MIAC.
