Paul helped Bethel keep its footing the MIAC race with a stellar six-point
weekend which included three goals and three assists. On Friday night, with
the Royals down 4-2 to Saint Mary's, Paul assisted on the goal that brought
Bethel within one goal, then assisted on the game-tying goal before scoring
the game winning goal in the final three minutes in a 5-4 win. The following
night, Paul assisted on the first goal of the game, and then went on to
score a pair of goals in the second period in a 9-1 win over the Cardinals
on the road. Paul is the leading MIAC freshman scorer and is tied for eighth
overall in scoring during MIAC play.
