Bethel University Athletics

Nicole Ackatz begins her sixth year as an assistant on the Bethel University volleyball staff. Ackatx, a four-year contributor for the Royals from 2010-2013, graduated from BU with a degree in secondary science education. The Elkhorn, Wis., native previously coached JO for Roseville in 2012 and played in 325 sets while with the Royals at outside hitter. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Ackatz teaches seventh grade life science at Northview Middle School in Brooklyn Park, Minn.
