After serving two years at Bethel University as a part of the NCAA Women's and Ethnic Minority Internship Grant program, Megan Kirchoff begins her 14th year as a full-time member of the Bethel Athletic Department and 12th with the Royals volleyball program.

AT BETHEL
• Helped lead the Royals to an NCAA Region Championship and Elite 8 Appearance in 2015
• Helped lead the Royals to back-to-back MIAC Championship game appearances in 2015 & 2016
• Helped lead the Royals to MIAC playoff appearances in seven of eight seasons on the bench
• Helped lead the Royals to the Region semi-finals of the 2011 NCAA National Tournament
• Coaches outside and right side hitters
• 10 MIAC All-Conference honors given to Bethel outside hitters and/or right side hitters 
• Coached three outside hitters who all earned MIAC All-Conference in 2016 in Carlee Hoppe, Tina Hoppe and Callie Sinclair
• Outside hitter Carlee Hoppe was named the MIAC Rookie of the Year in 2013 and a four-time All-Conference selection
• Carlee Hoppe named the Most Outstanding Player in the 2015 NCAA region tournament
• Outside hitter Nicole Deberry named to All-Tournament Team at 2015 region tournament
• Outside hitter Tina Hoppe named a three-time MIAC All-Conference honoree
• Nicole Wriedt named MIAC All-Conference as right side hitter in 2011
• Assisted the women's basketball team in their run to the quarterfinals of the MIAC tournament in 2010-11
• Teaches courses in the Health and Physical Education department

PLAYING CAREER
• Started for the 2009 Final Four University of Minnesota volleyball team, while managing the demands of graduate school
• 2009 All-Big Ten Academic Team
• 2009 Big Ten Sportsmanship Award
• Helped lead the University of Missouri to three NCAA post-season tournament appearances playing libero, right side hitter and setter
• 2005 Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll

PERSONAL LIFE
• Lives in White Bear Lake with husband Scott and their daughter Amari and son Braxton
