Joseph Dworak returns to the Bethel University volleyball staff for his fourth season after a three-year stint with the Hamline University Pipers and a four-year stop at St. Catherine University. Dworak, who was previously a volunteer assistant for the Royals in 2000, played club volleyball at Bethel during the 1995-96 season and then served as an assistant coach for the club program until 1998.

In addition to his responsibilities as Director of Admissions for the College of Adult & Professional Studies, Graduate School, and Bethel Seminary, Dworak has also coached with Minnesota Select Women's Club Volleyball since 2005. 

A Chicago native, Dworak earned his bachelor's degree in history from Bethel in 1997 before acquiring a master's degree in theology from Bethel Seminary in 2006. Dworak and his wife, Danielle, live in South Minneapolis with their sons, Joseph and Otto.
