About Melissa: Schiffer is a graduate of West Salem High School in 2009. While there she lettered in cross-country and earned awards for most improve runner. In her free time, Melissa enjoys playing piano, flute, running, reading, and hiking. She is majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry.

Why Bethel?: "I chose Bethel because of the small Christian community."
