Graduating from AJ Dimond High School in 2012, Alaskan native Kristi Lauwers enters Bethel with an undecided major. In high school, Kristi went on to win three state titles in ’08, ’09, and ’10.  She was also named All-State and All-Conference outside hitter of the years ’09,’10 and ’12.  In the 2010 State Tournament, Lauwers was recognized as the MVP of the Championship match.  Her involvement was not only on the court; Kristi was also student government commissions of school spirit her senior year.  As the daughter of Calvin and Leslie, Lauwers is following her Dad, uncle and aunt to continue the legacy of attending Bethel.
