Travis graduated from Rogers High School in Rogers, MN, where he was a football and wrestling captain. Son of Brian and Melanie, Travis earned All-District in football, Honorable Mention All-Conference in wrestling, All-Conference for discus, and Honorable Mention All-Conference for shot put. His best performance was during his senior year when Travis and his team beat #1 rated Elk River 24-21. He is majoring in Engineering at Bethel.
