Biography

After seeing significant playing time as a receiver in 2005 and early 2006, Porter battled a foot injury the second half of last year which limited him physically. He finished the season with 11 receptions for 64 yards. He also ran for 38 yards and one touchdown. Porter has developed into one of the top perimeter blockers in the MIAC and is also a feared kick returner. Last season he averaged 25.4 yards per kick return.
