Godfrey is a 2014 graduate from Farmington, Minnesota, where he participated in football, track, and wrestling.  In football, Godfrey was voted All-Conference as well as team captain.  In wrestling, Godfrey was voted All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2012 and All-Conference in 2013.  Son of Richard and Christiane Mpetey, Godfrey is majoring in Communications and would like to be a Coach or Media Specialist in the future.
