Laugen is the floor general of the Royals who leads with great passion for the game and love for his teammates. As the floor leader, he shoots the three-point shot well and has a terrific ability to get to the basket. "C-Laugs'" calmness and toughness on the court sets the tone for the Royals come game time. He is respected by his teammates because he competes with the kind of intensity that ignites the fire to win. Laugen is an economics and finance major.
About Cory: Laugen graduated from Monticello High School in 2005. During high school he participated and lettered in football and basketball. He also earned awards for Top 40 Mr. Basketball Candidate, Conference MVP, All-Conference for 2 years, and MN All-Star Game Participant. In his free time, Cory likes to play sports. He is majoring in Economics and Finance and minoring in Coaching. After he graduates from Bethel University, Laugen is planning on working somewhere in the finance field.
Why Bethel?: "I chose to come to Bethel because I liked the people I knew who attended Bethel and I have family who have attended Bethel in previous years."
