Jackson is a 2013 graduate from Maple Grove, Minnesota, where he participated in football and basketball.  He was All-Conference in both sports.  Son of Eric and Alissa Canfield, Jackson is majoring in Biology with a minor in Athletic Coaching.  Jackson is a Student Ambassador at Bethel University as well as a member of the Men’s Basketball team.
