Matt is a 2012 graduate from Lakeville, Minnesota, where he participated in football.  Matt achieved Academic All-State and was a part of the National Honors Society.  At Bethel, Matt has been awarded MIAC First-Team All Conference in 2013, Third-Team All Region, 2014 Preseason All-American, and Academic All-Conference.  Son of Al and Cindy Mehlhorn, Matt is majoring in Applied Physics and double minoring in Math and Business.  Matt wants to become an Engineer after college.  Matt is a member of the Bethel University Dean’s List.
