Lance is a 2011 graduate from Rochester, Minnesota, where he participated in football, basketball, and baseball.  In football, Lance achieved All State Honorable Mention, First-Team All Conference, Team Most Valuable Player, and was a 2011 Minnesota High School Football All Star Game participant.  Lance also holds a record at Rochester Mayo for the most receptions in a season (70).  Lance was additionally a three sport captain.  Son of Mark and Claudia Dozier, Lance is majoring in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources and is minoring in Leadership. Lance is a member of the Bethel University Dean's List.
